Grown on the farm, this snow type pea came to us from Will Bonsall and the scattered seeds project in Maine. Very rare and we are looking into where its originates from. There are 2 names possible for this pea – Fin or Faim de Gourmet. Personally I think it is Faim, as that is the French word for hunger and would translate to hunger of the gourmet.
Sow: Outdoor 4-6 weeks before last frost 1’’ deep
Harvest: When pea pods are plump and green
