Floriani Red Flint corn

$6.00

Grown on the farm, this beautiful addition to our farm grew really well despite the pretty wet conditions we experienced as farmers in Southern Quebec 2023.  The seed itself is quite beautiful and the taste of the kernel compares to the Seneca Flint that I grew a few years back, just a little sweeter and less starchy.  Both tastes are really good.

I bought the original seeds from Heritage Harvest Seeds in Manitoba.  I great seed farm that dedicates itself to the preservation and storytelling of heirloom seeds.
