A deep blue and grey kale that has its origins in Italy 1800s.  Very easy to grow in the garden and it is both edible and ornamental.

This long rabbit eared shaped leaves is also called dinosaur kale.  It is best in stir fries because of how well it maintains its crispy nature when fried.  Tolerates the cold really well.
