Grown on the farm, this Seneca pole bean came to us from Stephen McComber, Kahnawake(Silverbear Arts). Small red and white beans are great in soups and salads. This is bean is originally the Seneca Cornstalk bean and has been renamed multiple times by many settler communities.
Sow: Direct seed after last frost
Harvest: After 90 days and the bean is brown and dry
