This is a trial run grow out of Florence Fennel bulbs / seeds. I was able to get a beautiful harvest of seed, but it is still a very low germ rate, so purchasing these seeds is like supporting a seed trial run.

I originally bought the seeds because my grandmothers name is Florence, but in reality, I love this bulb fresh and baked in the oven. Great for my tummy when it is upset, and even when it is not, I just love eating this veg.
