Grown on the farm, we originally got the seeds from a delicious visit to the Société des Plantes seed farm in Kamouraska. Patrice always has these incredible gems when it comes to specialty foods. This tomato is great sliced in steaks and grilled on the BBQ as it has very little juice and seeds and keeps its form on the grill. It also can be boiled down into a deliciously smooth tomato sauce.
