Produced on the farm, we loved growing this magnificent plant. Little did we know how beautiful it was going to be! The flower looks alot like the hibicus (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) or the okra plant (Hibiscus esculentus L) and this makes sense to us because all the plants are originally from Africa.  It is said that Kenaf originates from the African Savana Complex ecosystems that play a vital role in global carbon cycling.
The plant is also known for it’s use in fiber production with both the green and brown stems, that can make twine, canvas and biocomposites

Produced: Le Noyau farms
